Gingerbread houses?
My sons b-day is coming up and I was thinking of having the children make gingerbread houses for a craft. So my question is would you use frosting or fluff or something else you can recommend? ( I will be using graham crackers and will not be using milk cartons to help since I don't have enough. So any ideas you girls want to throw at me would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

Re: Gingerbread houses?
Hi, we're actually doing this in my Pre-K classroom & contemplated making our own frosting (confectionate sugar & water & eggs), but then figured we'd be making a ton, so we're instead using the cans of frosting. HOWEVER, we're using milk cartons underneath. I've been told that the store bought frosting will not be firm enough to hold the graham crackers.
do a search online for gingerbread frosting & you'll get a ton of ideas.
Sounds like fun!
