Girl moms, have you ever had DH do DD's hair?
So tomorrow I'll be at work for my annual ME(mandatory education) day and I'm leaving DH in charge of getting DD to nursery school tomorrow. I picked out her outfit but he'll be in charge of doing her hair!! I told him not to even attempt pigtails but to at least have her hair pulled back out of her eyes. Help me wish him luck.

My DD has short hair so there's not much to do with it.
Make sure your DH takes a picture of her.

Good luck to your dh!  Evertime I picked up DD on days where he dropped her off, the teachers always told me, "we can tell daddy did her hair today" 
i'm sure she'll still look adorable!

I'm just laughing because it reminds me of the day I came home from work to see DH's "masterpiece" - aka how he did Lauren's hair!
It was sooo funny. He couldn't do rubberbands, so he did two barrettes and it was pretty funny!

I only have boys... BUT my dad did my hair ALL the time when I was little. He actually did braids better than my mom! It was probably due to the fact that he grew up with 3 little sisters and then wound up with 4 daughters and 1 son!

We don't have a girl, but DH could do it, he had two little sisters.
BUT my dad used to try to do my sister's pigtails, one would be on top of her head, one on the side. So the babysitter would do them when we got there. One day the babysitter said to my mom "Wow, Floyd is getting better at Caroline's pigtails" and my mom said "That's b/c I've been doing them again"

I fear this day!
Just last night DH said that he wouldn't be able to do DD's hair for much longer. I was like,  she's not even 1 yet, she doesn't have THAT much hair!! Just wait!!

Half the time my DH doesnt even think to have them brush their hair. He can, however, do a pretty good ponytail if need be....
