Girls around 5'4" what jeans?

I am having a hard time finding pants and jeans to fit. I do not want to have to tailor them. Petites seem too short when I wear certain shoes and average is too long most of the time. Where and what kind do you recommend?

I am 5 foot.. but I just bought DKNY jeans at macys in short.. and they are a little long on me.. I feel like their version of short is longer than most.. so maybe they would be perfect on you?

The only jeans I've found that fit and that I don't have to wear heels with are Calvin Klein jeans, 31" length. I usually get them at the outlets in Riverhead.

But all of my other jeans, I have to wear with heels. Even some "short" lengths tend to be long on me at times.

my favorite jeans are from NY and Co, they fit me the best and are the perfect length (i am about 5' 4 1/2")

I'm about 5'4" too & usually wear petite jeans with falts. ( TOmmy Hilfiger & Liz Claiborne at the moment), but I am in search of dark jeans to wear with heels.

I did have Calvin Klein Jeans years ago as mentioned above, and I like that they come in doffernt lenghts, like mens jeans. I had a 30 inch inseam, and they were a llittle long. I didn't wear them with heels back then but Now I feel that I should go hunt down some Calvins! (Thanks for the reminder!)

I found those in Filenes Basement, I'm not sure wear to go to find more of a selection.

i'm almost 5'3" and the gap ankle jeans are just a touch too long on me. but since u're a bit taller, they might fit you perfectly!

I buy the jeans that look good and take them to the tailor.
I hate the "hemmed" look so I request original hem.

It's about $12 and I get it done near my office in the city.

I'm 5'3", I usually wear Express, Sevens, Bufflao, Guess. My Seven Jeans I had to get altered, but the others fit me fine, but I always wear big heals.

i buy most of my jeans at neiman marcus - they hem for free

I am 5.5 and I like citizens of humanity jeans b/c of that reason,they have different styles , you just have to look for one that's not long.

I'm 5'2" - 5'3"ish, and NY&Co and Gap regular lengths (washed and dried) are perfect for me.

Petite and ankle are almost always way too short.

I am pretty short, but my legs are just as long as my sister's... she's about 5'5"ish i think. I just have a really short torso!

I'm 5'3" and have found Old Navy short or American Eagle ankle are the BEST fit and very reasonable in price.

I am 5'4 and I like Calvin Klein, Express regular length and I used to wear Abercrombie jeans.

I have a long torso and shorter legs...you should also take that into account.

Joe's and citizens make both petite cuts.
also i have a pair from american rag in short and there are perfect length

I'm 5'4...I find that Ann Taylor Loft petite jeans are great!!!!
ETA: ..and I always wear shoes w/ a heel.

I took my H&M jeans to the tailor today - original hem is $20/ pair.

Also, I wear Joes too.

They fit nicely and you can often find them at Century or elsewhere on sale.
