Girls in Holbrook
Does anyone know what happened to Dah How? It seems they cleared out the place and are gone :0
I am going to keep asking around if anyone knows as that was our favorite Chinese Restaurant.

I know!!!
They live right by us too as we see them walking to work and my dh said he would love to know where they actually live to see what happened. I asked someone in Friendly Drugs today but they didn't know. I am going to keep asking to see if everything is alright.

i tried that place once on a rec from this site and have to say, it was the absolute worst chinese food i ever had.
not only that, but there were pails scattered all over the floor to catch water dripping from the ceiling, which was covered in brown stains. 
so from my 1 experience, I can't say I'm surprised.

They have been in business for about 23 years.
yeah their food is the best in the area imo and the people are so nice...im so sad..im going to ask around also, let me know if u find out anything

My father went there 3 nights before they were closing and asked them why. They said the landlord raised thier rent amd they couldnt pay the extra right now. they told my dad that they had always been ontime paying but the guy wouldnt work with them. they have been there for about 10 years.
If that is true, then the landlord is a dope because instead of working with the tenent for a few months, now he has 2 stores empy in that shopping center.
I heard they are looking to reopen somewhere. They told my dad that they would contact him when they do re-open. If so, I will let you all know. They did have the best Chinese food around!

Thanks. I know they have been opened for longer than than unless there are new owners since then. I actually remember when they opened up as I was 14 years old and I am almost 38 now :0

they told my dad they had only been there for about 10 years...maybe a little longer. Maybe they are newer owners?

Try China 4 in the Outback/CVS shopping center.
It is the CLEANEST chinese restaurant I have ever seen in my LIFE and the food is great.
