Girls on Progesterone
When did you stop taking it? RE told me I could stop it at 8w2d but I'm too scared. I have a history of MC so I'm extremely paranoid. He said I could go off it before he even got my bloodwork from that day so it made me  I figured I'd at least wait until I see my OB at 9w5d.

I think I stopped at 11 weeks and a few days. I agree that 8 weeks maybe a little early and I would continue for a few more weeks.

They started weaning me at 8 weeks and then I was off it when I was released at 9 weeks.

Interesting... I think we may see the same RE (Copperman). Maybe that's his philosophy? He released me at 8 weeks and just said to stop taking it...

They started weaning me at 8wks and my weaning schedule was for 2wks. Finally finished at 10wks!

I went to a half dose at 7 weeks and stopped completely at 8 weeks when I was released from my RE. My numbers were always above 40, so I didn't need to be on it anymore. what are your numbers like?

i take suppositories and a shot, i am still taking them, but was told to stop the suppositories, at 10 weeks 5 days,
and the injection ant 11 weeks 5 days

We do go to the same practice, but I see Dr. Flisser. I'm not sure why, but he weaned me off it for a week - I only took it every other day - and then I stopped the following week. I'm not sure why he did it that way. I was DYING to stop taking it!!!
