Girls that attend WW via/meeting or internet membership .. .

The program is changing as of Saturday . . . I am a little nervous as to what to expect. I know there are going to be changes in points based on activity, gender, height, etc. Points will either stay the same or go down . . . .

I am a bit nervous with the thought of having to possibly eat less points than 20 and think that if I am unhappy with the changes, that I will stay with what I am doing . . .

Any thoughts girls?

i thought i read that the change goes into effect on sunday.i'll see what i could find out about it on saturday

I go to my meetings on Saturdays. I think she said she is going to do the whole lecture on the new system on the 16th.
I honestly do not think it will be less than 20 points. 20 points is barely enough calories as it is!!!
She said they are taking out some foods and adding in others, etc.

I wouldn't worry about it. They periodically tweek things to make them better - whatever it is, I'm sure you'll get used to it in no time

I was wondering the same.. I haven't gone to any nmeetings, but would love to know any new info you find out!!

In our meeting the leader stated that the program changes every year at the end of the year. They print new pamphlets and materials etc. I'm not expecting it to be very different point wise. They distribute the new materials the week of 12/10.
