girls that live in sayville,bayport,patchogue area,NEED HELP

who are your pediatricians? im thinking of switching mine..what do you like about them? and is their office clean and catered to children? mine isnt. i feel that when i talk to other mothers with children my dd's age their dr's are telling them pretty much what they need to know. i feel like when i ask questions they just leave it up to me..dd is almost 7 months and they never told me really anything about solids, juice, etc..just that go with the flow..im a new mom and that is the LAST thing i want to hear..i want someone with authority..because i know nothing about this stuff..im sure we are doing just fine but i need recommendations..thanks so much

I use Dr. Eisenberg in Sayville. He is young and totally dedicated. Every time I call there I get a call back ASAP and he really takes his time answering all my questions. His staff is wonderful, his nurse Carrie is the best.

thanks.did you see his office? my dr.s office is so not clean..and its so outdated..the staff is nice but i just dont feel comfortable there..it is totally not catered to children.. i thought peds offices are bright colored with fun pictures on the walls..my mom came with me one day and her allergies were acting up..she said it usually does that when she is around alot of mold ..freaks me out..

Dr. Rivera's office is great! SV Pediatrics (631) 758-6565. Very clean and very nuturing.

I go to Dr. Melman and Dr. Siddiq in Holbrook on Broadway Avenue. I used to work for them, they are both woman, and love them.

My pediatrician as a child was Dr. Ordonez in Holbrook and I know that prncessrachel brings her daughter there and loves him.

Dr. Eisenberg in Sayville is in a covering group with Dr. Melman/Siddiq. He is great also and is highly recommended by many.

I am in Holbrook, close by. I use Dr. Fernando Ordonez. He's phenomenal. He's older and very old school and I love him. I am so glad we switched.

not sure who you are using now ..but I use Dr. Augustine in Sayville and I love him. His office is not exactly "updated" but he has some toys and pics of all his patients around the waiting room. Iam also a new mommy and my son was a preemie. He is also a neonatoligist so I found him extremely knowledgable. He takes his time with EVERY visit...
