Melatonin - 3mg only at bedtime. I don't take the other.

Selenium 200mcg daily. If you take thyroid meds space them 4 hours apart. Also, check your prenatals, some have selenium in it. You shouldn't exceed 200mcg a day.
Melatonin 3mg daily at bedtime.
