Girls that went to an RE..have a quick question...
I just got released from my RE on Monday. They told me to make a OBGYN appointment....so I made it for the 20th...it's about three weeks from Monday. Do you think that is too late or should I make it earlier?
I guess I can call my nurse to ask, but I know I will get a quicker response from you guys..lol

I actually had my last RE appointment and my first OB appointment on the same day. My OB wanted to see me at 8 weeks, which was the time I got released from the RE.
Congratulations on your graduation!

I was released from my RE and had my first OB appointment a little less than a week later. Congrats to you and your babies!

I saw my OB before getting released from my RE.
I wanted my OB to know exactly what meds I was on, etc.

I also couldn't get an appointment right away. I was a little over 10 weeks when I had my first OB appointment. My OB was fine with that since I had been closely monitored prior.
Have you requested your medical file from them yet? Let them know also when you have your first OB appointment and they should be able to get them to you quickly, especially if you let them know you will pick them up rather than have them mailed. I had mine within a week.

I was released this past Wednesday and they told me to make an appointment for either the next week or 2 weeks from then.
You are FINE.... my appointment isn't until the 18th and the RE was more than satisfied with that!

Mrsrbk - I did sign a release form and submitted it on Monday. They said it takes about five business days to mail out...I guess I will follow-up with them next week.
