Girls w/ Alarms & Optimum Phone Service
Does your alarm go off once a month due to them updating their system? Mine doesn't go off, BUT it resets the alarm & so last night at about 3 am it starts chirping every 30 seconds, until I got up & reset it. (of course I was half asleep & had to call DH b/c I totally forgot how to reset it). HOW annoying though, its EVERY month.
Does this happen to you too?

Nope hasn't happened to me.  Have you asked your alarm company what is up? We have had our alarm for like 3 months now and that hasn't once.

They told us its a known problem w/ Optimum

haven't heard of this. sorry! it's weird. maybe it's the way that our alarm company installed our alarm. I don't know. sorry i couldn't help.

Doesn't happen to us and we have Optimum.
Our alarms were already installed when we bought the house so we just activated them.

Yes - it happened to me. I had to call Optimum and have them change something (I don't remember what though since it was a long time ago) -- call your alarm company, they'll give you your options.
