Girls who eat tuna (from the can)
How often do you eat it? I know the recommended amount is 8oz a week...just want to know what everyone else eats.

i ate tuna whenever i wanted which was at most once a week but morelike 2-3x a month.

Thats very good to know. Its amazing what guilt certain foods can put on you. ugh

I know! My doctor is so laid back about everything but cold cuts for some reason. As much as I've craved them I've completely stayed away and because I feel guilty. Hasn't stopped me from having tuna or caffeine though!

Allowed once a week but I try to limit it. Just make sure it's chunk light tuna. No albacore.

I have gotten over my tuna craving but there was three weeks in a row where I had a tuna sub from subway once a week.
I wanted to have it more than that but I tried to limit it.

during my first pregnancy i would let myself eat it twice a week, maybe two if i was really craving it. i probably ate it 2-3times a month though. i will do the same with this pregnancy, there isn't anything i will not be eating.
