You can start it later but:
If you get AF anytime today..
You would program it when you wake up first thing the morning tomorrow as day "1"
press the little "m" button

you POAS same time everyday, put the stick into the monitor and tells you basically how fertile you are that day
low, medium, high or peak
i think those are the categories

Actually you only POAS when the monitor tells you to do so.
Right, and it should be with FMU so you should set your monitor in the morning.
