I always buy mine at the end of the season for the next year at Kohls. I get snow pants for about $10 or less. I find Costco always has good deals on winter coats.

I got DD a coat from osh kosh and then went to once upon a child for snowpants. I got a pair new with tags for $8!

I just bought DD a coat and snow pants from Childrens Place. They were 30% and I had a 25% total purchase coupon. I got her the 3-1 Coat.

I bought DD snow overalls and winter coat at Old Navy last winter. They were both on sale so pretty cheap. I haven't bought any this year yet.

Try lands end. Their clearance/sale section often has the squalls or other coats for as low as $29. They have snow pants about the same. Great quality holds up really well and warm. You can usually find 20 or 30% off.
