Girls with Morning Sickness and night?
I have both...well...all day sickness. What foods and liquids have you been able to keep down?
Cheerios have been great for me.

Try grilled cheese sandwiches Pizza
Sorry to say, but anything a little greasy like McDonalds might settle your stomach.

In the mornings, I used to eat a bagel with cream cheese - loved it!
In the evening, pasta was good.

simple carbs-- like bagels and toast and cereal. And citrus-- oranges!
Also sour candies-- like sour patch kids. They now have then in 100 calorie pouches, so you don't eat too many... I suck on them and take a while to go through a pouch.

really - eat whatever your body will let you! I drank a lot of gingerale. I kept on trying to do the saltine cracker thing bc everyone says that helps but after a while I couldnt even look at crackers so I just ate whatever my stomach would keep down.

Re: Girls with Morning Sickness and night?
I was sooooooooooo sick at night. I found that greasy "bad" foods like McDonald's fries or toasted bialys (not so bad) with butter worked really well.

Re: Girls with Morning Sickness and night?
No matter what I ate, I got sick every morning for about 2 weeks. I had all day nausea for longer. Carbs were my best friend during the first trimester. I ate a lot of mac 'n cheese and mashed potatoes for dinner and snacked on saltines, crackers with peanut butter, granola bars, ginger snaps, etc.
