Yes, and if she did, she will fast the rest of the week to make up for it.
Or 'big dinner' means 6 bites of a salad instead of her normal 3.
Like my coworker last week who said the 1 inch cookie was HUGE and so hard to finish.
I wanted to punch her and then eat 7 more of said cookies.

I wonder if that "joke" in Knocked Up about the execs at E! suggesting Katherine Heigl's character think about losing 15 pounds is really true.
