Giving Vitamins-time of day
Every since 3 year old DS was little we would always give him his vitamins at night as part of our nightly routine. This has continued and we do the same with our 10 month old as well.
Does anyone think it is strange that we give them to them at night? We were just away with a lot of family members and they were all questioning me as to why I do not give the vitamins to the kids in the morning. Are vitamins supposed to be given in the morning?

i dont think it matters when you give kids their vitamins as long as they get them daily
i babysat for a family who gave their kids vitamins before bed. there is no A.M rule to give them as far as i know

It doesn't matter what time of day you give them I don't think.
I usually give them with breakfast - but if I forget I will give it to him whenever I remember!

we always give dd hers at bedtime...not sure why, but its kind of part of the routine and even she asks for them now...

We give them at night as part of our routine. DD gets her sythriod in the mornign and I didn't want to give it to her all at once. So far it seems to work.

I give it at night after bath, before brushing teeth...
I actually heard once to give it to them at night, but I don't remember the reasoning...
