Re: Gluten Free Products
our favorite is the chebe pizza crusts. it's a mix that you add water, olive oil, 2 eggs and milk or a milk substitute. it's sooo good!
chex, fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles are also gluten free. and i think some snyder's pretzels are GF as well.
bob's red mill has delicious GF pancakes. it tastes even better than regular pancakes IMO. this company also has a lot of great mixes for bread
HTH!

Re: Gluten Free Products
Some of my favorite GF brands are: Udi's - bread, bagels, muffins Allergy Free - chicken nuggets French Meadow Bakery - chocolate chip cookies are out of this world Glutino (crackers, pretzels) Snyders & Bachmann make gf pretzels that taste good but they are super hard.. Schaar (crackers, cookies are awesome!, pasta, bread) Mi Del (chocolate chip cookies - GF version of Famous Amos) Aleia's (bread crumbs and croutons) Conte's (raviolis & pierogies) Sam Mills (pasta) Shabtai (black&white cookies, rainbow cookies, these things called Ring Tings..taste like Ring Dings) Better Batter - all purpose flour Rice Chex - my every morning breakfast (makes awesome rice krispie treats too!)
Kraft is a reliable company. Their products will clearly label if there is gluten. Heinz has a whole list: http://www.heinz.com/health--wellness/focus-foods/dietary-preferences/gluten-free.aspx Betty Crocker/General Mills as well: liveglutenfreely.com (the cookie, cakes and brownie mixes are so good) Dont forget GF Bisquick! Kelloggs is supposedly working on a GF line of products but nothing is going to be released for atleast 6 months
if you're looking for something specific or have a question, dont hesitate to ask. Its been my way of life for 4+ years...
ETA: Pacific - soups & broths (although there are some canned Progresso soups that are GF) My Dad's Cookies - huge line of different types of cookies.

Ancient Harvest - Quinoa Pasta (I like it much better than rice pasta)
Cherrybrook Kitchen - Sugar cookie mix - they also have pancake, muffin and cake mixes I think, but read the labels, not all are gluten free
Barbara's Bakery - Peanut Butter Puffins cereal
