Goals for the year
Can anybody help me come up with some educational goals for the upcoming school year? My dept head had to change what I wrote last year because our principal is anal, and I don't want to go through that again lol I am a .2 TA that works in a middle school in special ed if that matters... lol I just can't come up with these things on the spot. Thanks!!!

that is kinda vague. be more specific. what population, age group subject?
also why are you writing goals as a TA??

Everybody that is untenered needs to write goals, no matter what their position is... The problem is I only come in to work for one period a day and I don't even have a schedule yet... That's why it's so hard for me to come up with any goals for the year, since I don't really have any specific job duties.. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

I have to do goals as well. Here are some we do:
Maybe integrating techonology?
More Professional development?
Collboration with general ed. teachers?
More communication with parents?
