My brother and SIL are gianna's GP's. I bought them a beautiful christening frame that said I love my goddaughter with a smiling pic of gianna in it. They loved it!

I got it at a Hallmark store.  I don't live on LI so I can't tell you the exact one. BUt I have seen the same frames in many hallmarks up here in CT.

I got the godmother a coach bag and the godfather a DVD set of The Godfather movies(he has really wanted that).

I got my son's Godmother a white gold locket with a diamond cross on it from Fortunoff and I got his Godfather a sterling silver money clip from Fortunoff as well.
