Godparents - please help
For those who have said they were allowed to have 2 Godmothers or 3 Godparents in their Catholic Church, can you share which church that was?

Godparents - please help
As far as I know, the Catholic Church requires only 1 Godparent. But, if you have 2, one must be male and one female. You can't have two godparents of the same sex. And, I don't think you can have 3 (e.g. 2 Godmothers and 1 Godfather). Perhaps it's different in other Christian denominations, but that's what it is in the Catholic Church.
