Going back to work Jan 3 Any advise working Mommie ??
Well I am definetly sad about leaving both of my kids, DS is still jealous over DD and she is only 4 mths old, and you know I dont want to leave her. But I have to look at the bright side I was very lucky to be able to stay home for 4 months, I will be working Mon,Wed and Friday, Any advise ???

There really isn't any advise I can give you . At least you are working only three days a week. You will get into a routine and your children will adapt and be fine. Good luck!

I don't have any advice yet either since I will also be going back in Jan. Just wanted to give you a hug b/c I know I'm feeling pretty bad about it as well.

It's hard, but it won't be as bad as you think. The days will go by quickly. Plus, just think that you get to spend more days a week NOt at work, that's definitely a plus!!! You'll get through it.

I can't imagine how its going to feel after I have my baby - I get 6 wks maternity, but am banking 2 weeks this year of paid time off, so I will have 8 wks with baby, and then I'll be dropping my baby off at daycare everyday for my full time job - I dont know how I'm going to do it, but we have no choice...

I think of work as my grown up time to help me rationalize being away from DS. I work M-F and it's hard especially the older he gets. I like the adult interaction and it's like we both go to work and have our separate lives. It's worse for us than them... You'll be ok.
