Going for amnio tomorrow
and I'm getting all stressed because my doctor wants me to go for the genetic counseling and DH and I agreed that we're not doing that. I feel its putting the cart before the horse.
God, I just want this week to over

I agree with you. I am sure the results of the aminio will be fine and then you can go about your pregnancy and enjoy it.

We went for an amnio and had genetic counseling before the test. They just explain the test and reason for the test and what the different results might be.

I went through the same. I went to the counseling first and then had the amnio. It's very stressful and if you have any questions please feel free to ask. Your in my thoughts and prayers.

Do be nervous about the genetic counseling. They just explain the test to you and all the information that goes along with it. Good Luck!!!! Make sure you stay off your feet after the test!!!
