Going for Level II tomorrow
I am so excited and even though I really have nothing to be concerned with I am also nervous.
Did anyone feel like this?

Awwww... have fun sweetie. I think that my first sono and my Lev II were the ones that I was really nervous about cuz those are the ones that could potentially reveal some issue.
But then I thought God will do what is right, and just sat back and enjoyed the heck out of them!

It's normal to feel like that. You are excited to see your baby again, but you are nervous because you want everything to look and be OK. Try to relax and ENJOY IT!!!!!!
