going to a baby shower today and guess what i did
i bought a swing about 2 weeks ago, but the lazy person that i am, i kept it in my car the entire time, dont ask me why. and now i just took it out and brought it in the house to wrap it and i look at it and this is not the swing that i wanted to buy not the design anyway. i thought i was buying a pink and brownish one and now im looking at it and its green and khaki and ughhhhh im soooo mad.
i dont feel like driving around babies r us and trying to find the one that i want, i gotta leave in like 2 hrs.
someone tell me its ok if i give her the gift receipt?
shoudl i tell her that i accidently took the wrong one?
she is having a girl by the way.....
im sooo mad at myself.

Just give her the gift reciept- most likely someone bought the correct swing anyhow.
That is SUCH a generous gift- I doubt she will care you got the wrong one.
