Re: going to boston
day bars - tias on the north side of the mariott -the landing on the harbor next to the acquarium - they are known for their fish bowls
night time - ned divine's, bell and hand, hennesssy's all around fenuil hall area
on boyleston - Lir or Rattlesnake
good restaurants - most in north end are good- favorites are Taranata, Rabia's, FIore
other good restarants are Azure on boyleston, Anthem, Sel de la Terre, Mcormick at Fenuil hall - largest outdoor patio, Tia is pretty good for food too

I liked Sonsie in Back Bay. Also, go for a drink at night at Top of the Hub (top of the Prudential building) Beautiful view! The Barking Crab is good for casual seafood. For Italian, I liked Lemoncello (sp?) in the North End.
I wil be returning to Boston in two weeks-now I'm getting excited!

Re: going to boston
We just got back from a wedding and the rehearsal dinner was at Maggios (sp?) in Little Italy. Holy goodness. It was on Colombus Avenue I think.
Thoroughly enjoyed dinner, more than the wedding itself!!!!
