Going to my cardiologist today...
and hopefully it will be my last appointment before my  arrives.
I am praying that everything is still going well with me and that I don't have to see him again until after I give birth.
Thank goodness I am driving into Columbia Presbyterian today and not taking the two trains and two subways ALL the way uptown.  I told DH I cannot do that anymore, it is too exhausting.
Girls, if you think of it today, any good vibes or prayers would be appreciated; I will be there at 11AM.

UPDATE: I just got home and he said that the leak in my valve went from mild before pregnancy to mild/moderate (at 5 months) to true moderate now. Thank God it is not a "severe" leak. 
So, he wants to see me only if I get out of breath (more than I do now) or if anything abnormal happens. Otherwise he wants to see me 3 months PP.  . We will evaluate the leak at that time. It might go back to mild, or stay the same. If it stays the same, I might need valve replacement surgery done. I am choosing not to think that far ahead and get myself nuts. I am taking it one day at a time and choosing to be thankful that things are going as well as they are.
