Going to Sears for pictures tomorrow

Any tips? The only professional shots I have of Jack are from Barb when he was two weeks old --- and when we had a photographer come here for the Christmas shots.

I'm a bad mom.

Tanaholic lent me some Valentine's props (I wasn't going to do anything VDAY related but figured why not since I'm already there!)

Any tips on how the heck to get his hair to not go into mohawk position?????

hmmm, no specific tips here. Just cross your fingers that he is in a smiley mood. For the hair, I have this same problem, for his christmas shots I brought water with me and used a little to "style" his hair a little (i.e. make it not stick up). Good luck...i'm sure they're going to come out adorable!

I know this is going to sound bizarre but try a little lotion. Luka's hair will stick up in the middle of his head and if I use some lotion it usually stays down. Not a lot just a little. Or you could use a dab of vasaline on damp hair. That works too.

I definitely agree with the lotion trick! Thomas had such baby fine, flyaway hair and lotion does help. Just be careful to only use very little or his hair will look greasy.

Other than that, it's so hit or miss with professional pics. Try to make sure he's already napped and fed.

Good luck!!
