going to the church for a wedding
what do you wear to the church if youre not going in your dress yet? cant pick out an outfit...TIA

I agree, nice shirt/skirt or dressier capris w/ nice shoes. I don't go crazy, but want to look nice. Alot of poeple go SUPER casual, but I would never. Have a good time

i should have read this earlier. luckily we sat in the crying room. i wore jeans and a t-shirt and flip fllops. oops

Definitely don't go too casual. A sundress or skirt / top is preferable if you don't wear what you're wearing to the reception. Dress pants would be my second choice.

I went to a wedding last night. I was suprised at how casually some people were dressed. One man was wearing flip flops. I think that at a house of worship, you dress nicely. I would never even wear jeans to sunday church. At someones wedding I would definately dress nicely
