Not really and we're in FL so it's summer all year. His hair is pretty short and I brush him once a week. Though I do want to bring him to the groomer for a nice little doggie trim.

Last year - I had the sprinkler on all day for the grass and when she got too hot she played in the water

Molly is pretty much an indoor dog. Don't ask me why but she'd rather be inside with my Dad... she's weird.
She'll sit in front of the window air conditioning unit and hog up the cool air.
We also give her ice cubes.
