LOL!!!!! Thank you so much  I think I might be a little excited too.
I have been eating healthy (lots of avocado and sweet potatoes too), taking my supplements, doing my Circle + Bloom (Thank you J), I have my good luck charms (Thank you C), I asked them for the embro glue, AND I FINALLY GOT MY PREDNISONE!!! The best part...MY DR WILL BE IN MINEOLA TO DO MY TRANSFER
It's all out of my hands now.

I'm excited too!!! GL!
I started Prednisone last night on day 1 of stimming. This is for my partial dq alpha match. I will be on this the whole cycle and I think even after a BFP.

From the web..."During an IVF cycle the embryos are moved into the EmbryoGlue enriched medium approximately an hour before they are to be transferred back into the body to allow the Hyaluronan to bind to them. When the embryos are transferred back into the uterus it is through that the Hyaluronan in the EmbryoGlue acts like a bridge between the embryo and the uterus, having a glue-like effect.
Furthermore, the higher concentrations of Hyaluronan thickens the embryo transfer medium to be more similar to the consistency of the fluids in the uterus. This allows better mixing of the medium and the uterine fluids and is believed to minimize drifting of the embryo."
