Good and easy lemon chicken recipe

I make a real easy & delicious recipe. I normally use breasts and drumsticks. Place chicken in baking dish. Add generous amount of onion/ garlic powder, s&p, oregano. Add juice of 2 lemons, drizzle EVOO, a few chopped garlic cloves, one yellow onion, cut up potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake at 375. Baste a few times. The last 5 mins, take off foil, and broil on high to brown& crisp. It's so good. I serve over rice or egg noodles. It makes a lot of juice on bottom of pan.
