Good Beauty Schools on LI? - Esthetician
Which is one is best?
I am only interested in Esthetician (skin care).
Does that exist or must I do hair and nails too?

On Hempstead Turnpike there is a school - Long Island Skin and Nail I think it is called

ITA. As far as I have been told, this is the best if you want to stay on LI. My sister was looking into this for a while before she moved out of NY (& would have to take the boards in a different state anyway).
Their prices are pretty good too, but when she was looking last year they were not yet accredited and could not qualify for her to get financial aid (b/c you have to be accredited in NYS to get FinAid). I know they were working toward getting their accreditation, but as of last year they did not have it yet.

There is also Long Island Beauty School and I believe they offer financial aid.

I found the link...it looks like they offer tuition repayment, but no Financial Aid yet...
