Good deep conditioner
From using the straight iron every day on my wavy hair, it has become dry and nasty. Does anyone know of a good deep conditioner I can use to get it looking healthy again?

I really like burt's bees avocado conditioner - you can get it at health food stores and on drugstore.com.

do you put anything on before and after you flat iron
they have alot of great heat sprays
and I always use Bio Silk after-

kerastase or bumble and bumble deep conditioners work best for me. My hair was real damaged from highlighting and flat ironing and this stuff worked great to fix it!

I always spray some heat defense stuff on my hair before blow drying and using the flat iron. I guess it doesn't work that well

I second the Bumble & Bumbl;e deep conditioner - it is the best!
