Good for baby snack...
I just made this up and it turned out pretty darn good for a low fat, high protien chocolately snack!!
1 package of firm Tofu
about 3-4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
about 3-4 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste)
1/4 cup of cool whip
Blend until smooth/creamy and eat!
Its like a chocolate mousse!! Delish!

Mmmm, chocolate!!!
(I recently finished a "not so good for baby snack".... a chocolate cake that my husband decided he would not help me eat!!!)
But I loved every bite of it each night!!!

well I said it was healthy!! Tofu is so flavorless...so the chocolate totally overpowers it!!! You would never know there was tofu in it!!!

Tofu really is a miracle food..you can do anything with it!!!!!!!!!!!
I like it but my DH wont even consider eating it....
We went to a restaurant once that offered us Tofu wrapped in bacon!!!!!!! Ever since then he just cant eat the stuff....

I have also seen that recipe with ricotta cheese instead of tofu. I guess cottage cheese would be similar too.
