You mean like a body or face scrub??
I use St. Ives apricot with medication ( I have red bumps on my arms and it helps get rid of the roughness).

i use the target generic brand of the st. ives apricot scrub - works just as well and is a dollar cheaper per tube.

I agree with this too. For extra exfoliation, pick up a bag of facial buffers. They work terrific!
