Good Japanese food in nassau?
Todays my sisters 23rd birthday and on Saturday night she wants to go out for Japanese food. Someplace that has both hibachi style and sushi would be ideal. Benihana's is out cause i ate there last week.

Showa Hibachi opened recently on Wantagh Ave & Park Ave in Wantagh -- they have both.

Shiro is the best in Nassau it is near Chateau Briand and DSW in westbury

Where in Nassau...Hokkaido in Albertson is GREAT and they have both
also Inatome in Valley Stream..

I love Inatome in Valley Stream (never had the sushi though).
Inatome made us STINK when we left, the ventilation is horrible, but the food was good. The chefs were BORING.....
I find Shogun in Island Park amazing!!!! Their sushi is great and their hibachi chefs are very fun. It's right across from Bridgeview etc....

Yup, you're right! Whenever we come home from that place we immediately change before sitting on the couch or anything... the smell is so strong!

Blue Ocean in Bethpage excellent. They have Asian Fusion with a great sushi bar.
We go all the time.

Kawasaki in Long Beach - great Hibachi, great Sushi - great staff and owners.
I find it much better than Shogun in Island Park.

I agree. We used to go to Inatome years ago, but we eventually started going to Kawasaki. I haven't had sushi there, but the hibachi at Kawasaki is very good.
