Good low cal treat......
I got this off the Cooking Light website. Only 118 cals for a small bar. They were pretty good!!!!
Scotch bars
/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 5 cookie sheets) 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats 1/3 cup butterscotch morsels 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 large egg whites Cooking spray 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, and level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (flour through baking powder), stirring with a whisk. Set aside.
Combine oil, vanilla, and egg whites, and add to the flour mixture, stirring just until blended. Lightly coat hands with cooking spray.
Press the batter evenly into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 18 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top.
Yield: 16 servings (serving size: 1 bar)
