Good Meals to Freeze?

Hi Everyone-

One of my friends just had a baby and I want to make her a whole bunch of meals that can be frozen and reheated. I need help thinking of ideas- So far, I have Baked Ziti, Lasagne, etc. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!

Soup . . . I made onion soup last night and froze it. I also make Baked Stuffed Shells. You can cook and freeze chicken breasts too which can be defrosted overnight and served the next day over salads or pasta. I season them with salt, pepper, garlic and cook in a pan with olive oil spray.

Re: Good Meals to Freeze?

I have this AWESOME recipe that has chopped meat, green peppers, capers, blk olives, green olives and some tomatoe paste in it... i eat it over rice and it is SOOO yummy and freezes awesome and you can defrost it by throwing it in the skillet for like no time! I LOVE it, if you want the exact recipe let me know! Chat Icon
