Good or Bad sign?
At the end of the interview you ask hiring manager if there are additional people you would need to interview with and they tell you no.
They seem really interested, ask for your references and tell you they will speak to HR about moving the process along. You receive an email from the hiring manager today advising that another member of the team would like to meet with you and HR will be in contact to schedule. Is this a good, bad or could go either way?
Just threw you for a loop because when you asked, you were told there wouldn't be anyone else to meet with.

Good sign. When I interviewed for my current job, after the 2nd interview, I was told that a decision would be made based on that round of interviews. Then I got a call for a third interview - and then got the job!

Well he got the call back on monday for second interview. He got a call from the recruitor who told him it was a really good sign.
