Good recipes to make ahead of time and freeze?
I want to make a bunch of things that I can easily freeze for when I have the baby. I don't know how much cooking I will be doing in the beginning, so it was recommended I do this.
I am going to make tomato sauce, chili, and some soups. What other things freeze well? Casseroles?

Re: Good recipes to make ahead of time and freeze?
i do stuffed shells... i make a batch ( one box makes like 30 shells). but i don't put any sauce on them. i freeze just the shells stuffed with cheese. when i'm ready to eat them, i just take as many shells out of the freezer as i need for that meal, pour on some sauce, and bake for about 30 minutes. also, a lot of crock pot chilis really freeze well. you'll probably get two meals out of a batch- so make a batch and split it in half and freeze it. then, just put it in a pot to cook it chicken cutlets freeze really well- i do this all the time so that i always have chicken when i need it. i just take them out of the freezer in the morning before i leave for work, and put them in the fridge to thaw...
