Google Earth
Have you all seen this?
Its new so all the places in the world arent on it yet but it is so cool. It is a satellite picture of the world and you can zoom into any area.
You have to download it but it is so fun to play around with.

I love it, but I do notice that sometimes the house isn't exactly right. I know, a little over-obsessive, but I think it's funny.
My friends house in Poquott is definitely hers, but the house we are buying in Medford isn't right.
It's still pretty cool though!!!

I noticed that too. My parents house is across the street from where they pointed to.

I wonder how old the pictures are. It shows my DH's truck across the street from our house (on the side of the house) and it's actually in the front of the house (up the block) today.

the pics arent that updated because it doesnt show the pond my dad put in his backyard this summer, and it shows my house has a driveway, which it does not right now!
ETA: and my inlaws have had a deck for years and its not shown.
this site is cool though!

I asked my co-worker who is the one who told me about it in the 1st place and he said it has been out for about a month and after it is fully up and running, they will update it every 6 months.
