Gorgonzola
I used to hate any blue-family cheeses until I ate an amazing Gorgonzola out east. Now, I can't get enough, but I can't really find the same kind as I had in the restaurant. I like the ones they sell in the store, but they're sooooo salty. Does anyone have a favorite they can recommend? It wasn't the crumble kind, and it was creamy and tangy, not dry and salty.

Re: Gorgonzola
You can definitely find what you are looking for at a good Italian import deli/store. The supermarket ones don't compare.
I love Gorgonzola!!

Gorgonzola
Try a specialty cheese shop or somewhere like fairway where you can taste done samples. My favorite creamy blue cheese is humbolt fog. Give it a try!
