Gorgonzola Cheese?
just getting ready to order lunch, and there is a salad on it with my name on it, but it has gorgonzola...can I have it???

I wouldn't, since you don't know for sure if it was pasteurized....

I just called them to ask if it was pasturized, and they didn't know...so I had to pass DAMN!
My boss is ordering lunch for us from a deli today, so I have like 2 choices to eat, LOL. I got smoked turkey, but it's a heated sandwhich, so I think that's okay...too many rules!
I REALLY REALLY miss my gorgonzola cheese, even moreso, my goat cheese though...I told my hubby the first thing he has to bring to hospital after baby comes is a goat cheese salad, and a pund of deli ham....HAHAHA, If he doesn't have it, he doesn't get to see the munchkin, LOL..I am mean, hehe

I have had both goat and gorgonzola throughout my pregnancy. I just always read the packages to make sure that they are pasturized. I found that it's really uncommon for it not to be.
Yeah, if it was pasturized, I think I would have gone for it, I am sure it is, but don't want to get it if they truely don't know.....
I think I will be checking some packages, and making myself a salad very soon, LOL
