got the accepted offer now what??
I am so confused can someone please tell me the break down on what now. We have numbers for mortage guy, inspector and attorney...but which one is first??

got the accepted offer now what??
As soon as our offer was submitted, the realtor already our lawyers info so contracts were drawn up and sent over within a few days. I personally set up the inspection for about 2 days after the offer was accepted but before we signed contracts. The mortgage broker also had the info as well from the realtor.
