Grace and Jack survived their first quake without any fear!
Mommy not so much I just put Grace in her crib when this loud noise started and her crib started banging. I then heard crashing sounds in the living room and knew it was kind of a big one.
I was terrifed! I have been through a bunch without kids and kind of thought they were fun, once over. This one was awful! Luckily, the crashing sounds were just some picture frames and a candle holder!

I'm glad you guys came thu ok! It was a longish one too! 
ETA: I still remember my oldest DD's first earthquake. She was 2 months old and there were a string of them that were pretty big.

Did Grace realize anything was going on?
Thanks everyone! Grace freaked at first when she could see how scared I was- plus the sound was really loud- like a train coming through your house. She told me to stop it- like I was doing it. It was so sad. She clung to me and DH for about an hour afterward and then got so tired, she just went to sleep. Today she has already forgetten all about it, Thank God!
