Grace period on mortgage
If the mortgage is due the first, what is the grace period is it 10 days or 15 days? Thanks

I have no complaints about Wells Fargo. We purchased our home about 9 months ago and our mortgage got sold to them.

Best thing to do is ask your lender because every lender is different.
Your grace period would be listed on your monthly statement.

ours is 15 days and I have totally forgotten about it a few times, so I was happy that I could run to astoria to pay and not worry if it would make it in the mail.
