Gracie's first ice skating lesson with her daddy (video)
So, our lake froze while we were away. Our neighbor likes to go ice fishing and told my DH that the ice was solid if he wanted to skate on it. Well, while I was working today (today was DH's last day of vacation) Grace and her dad get her first pair of ice skates, the kind that clip onto her boots and they went skating. I took a video of it. The video is a little dark at they went around 5PM. Notice the me being a nervous wreck as the voice in the background.

so cute!! She's a riot, just going with the flow, and your hubby totally being a good sport (dont men love having kids, so they can be kids again )
and I felt the same as you, as you said "okayyyy" I was tihking that too.

In fairness to DH, the ice is 16 inches thick so it is totally safe. I was being the "nervous mommy"
