graco pack n play question
ok, there's a chance we MAY buy a pack n' play tomorrow...
we inhereted a hand me down pack n' play, and will inspect it tomorrow before going shopping. I also checked out reviews for different graco models online.
my question: the prices for graco playards vary from $50 to over $200.... what's the difference between the $100 and $200 models with a couple models it's obvious (no changing table or canopy), but with a lot of them, I simply can't figure it out!
I want a pack n' play that serves as a mini-nursery in mom's house... very sturdy, very good changing table with some storage beneath...... do most of the graco's with a changing table suffice? or is there something I'm missing
TIA!

Re: graco pack n play question
I think the price differential for some models is that the fabric pattern is older. Try albeebaby.com they have good prices on them. The delux ones have a light and sound mobile, they have a vibrate insert to soothe the baby, have a changing table with storage caddy, a bassinette, and a canopy. I think the most deluxe one ($250 or so) also had a storage piece that you could unzip to put things in if you were not using the bottom part yet.

Re: graco pack n play question
DS is one now, but when he was an infant he loved the lights and sound mobile on the pnp. I have to say that the teddy bears were boring - so I put colorful bowties on them, but he loved the lights, sound, and the motion part of the PNP. We still use ours as his travel bed. We used the changing table until he was about 10 months old and only stopped becuase I was afraid he would flip off. I loved our PNP we have the graco milan. It is very useful. I hope to have a second child some day and look forward to using it again. Gracobaby.com has every PNP available - some fabric patterns and types are limited to certain stores.
