Depends on your DCs size...Ds was out at 7 months but he was past the max height and weight at that point (But he was 9.14 at birth!)
My niece was in it for 13 months as she is a peanut!

My friend's baby was about 6.5 lbs at birth and she was in it for 10 months.

My DD was in it for 11 months. She was 9lbs 4 ozs at birth - so it really depends on the individual child
