Graco stands by their products!
I emailed Graco the other day to complain about the material on my snugride seat. While I love the look of it, the material is rough, and it chafes Ella's skin leaving rough patches on her arms and legs.
They just called and the're sending replacement material in a different design thats a softer fabric. YAY!
Wish I did this 2 months ago! Probably wouldn't be as much of an issue if she wasn't a summer baby. But since her arms and legs are always exposed, they're in contact with the material all the time.

That is pretty good. I called Fisher Price when a few things broke and they replaced it all too, I was surprised I didn't have to fight with them.

they're sending the Central Park collection, which is black toile.
She did ask me if I wanted to check out other fabrics, and pick one. But she suggested Central Park, and it was the one I would have chosen away.

Wow I wish I would have done this. My DD sweats so bad from the Metropolitan fabric. I was really unhappy with the fabric.....

That was my other complaint with the fabric - its HOT (I think its the same material as the Metropolitan)
